The service
PetCircle is a pet care management app: reminders, health records, collaborative pet sharing, and an AI-powered symptom checker. By creating an account you accept these terms.
Not veterinary advice
AI assessments and health scores are informational only and are not veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns, and seek emergency care immediately for urgent symptoms.
Subscriptions
PetCircle Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription ($6.99/month or $49.99/year) purchased through your Apple ID account, with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Your content
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the limited license needed to store, sync, and display it to you and the collaborators you invite.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access others' data, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time in the app. We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
