How do I cancel?
If you subscribed through the App Store, manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings — deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. If you subscribed on the web, manage or cancel from your account's subscription settings. Either way, Premium stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
Does one subscription cover mobile and web?
Yes — Premium belongs to your account, not your device. One active subscription unlocks Premium everywhere you sign in. You manage it where you bought it: App Store subscriptions through Apple, web subscriptions on the web.
What do I get for free?
One pet with full reminders, health records, and daily logs — plus one AI symptom check per month.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
